Wir Sind Nie Da (We Are Never There) is a collective formed in Berlin in 2011 by four young artists. Created around a shared desire to question three disciplines, Wir Sind Nie Da practices live performance, video and sound research. After a year of research, the collective was programmed for the 100° festival organized by the Hebel Am Ufer in Berlin, and presented Pilotprojekt in February 2012.

“On stage, a person tries to disappear. She tries, explores, starts again, in search of a form for her disappearance, she puts herself on stage, she is still there.”.

Pilotprojekt was presented at Hebel Am Ufer 2, 100° festival (Berlin 2012).

Wir Sind Nie Da (Nous Ne Sommes Jamais Là) est un collectif formé en 2011 à Berlin par quatre jeunes artistes. Créé autour d’une volonté commune d’interroger trois disciplines, Wir Sind Nie Da pratique le live de la performance, la vidéo, et la recherche sonore. Après une année de recherche, le collectif est programmé au festival 100° organisé par la Hebel Am Ufer à Berlin, et présente Pilotprojekt en février 2012.

“Sur scène une personne cherche à disparaître. Elle essaie, explore, recommence, à la recherche d’une forme pour sa disparition, elle se met en scène, elle est encore là” .
